What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is the science that allows the body to heal itself by removing nerve interference so that the body can function properly. The most important goal in chiropractic care is to make sure all the vertebrae in the spine are moving properly. If one or more of the vertebrae are subluxated, the adjacent nerve will have an interrupted flow of nerve transmission, the adjacent muscle will tighten or spasm, the disc below will start to thin. In other words, pain, stiffness, and degeneration and ill health can ensue.
